Rethinking your concourse to embrace self-serve and reduce queues, grow revenues?

In collaboration with #TDS22 exhibitor Gorilla Carts and Kiosks, global cold solution expert Hoshizaki has taken its rapid Beermatic Dual Tap beer dispensers to the next level.

The resultant all-in-one concept is already being trialled in a number of venues and sees the beer dispensers housed in a readymade unit that includes a contactless card payment system through which the dispensers are activated.

 The front of house self-serve unit which includes space for glasses and a sub counter drain drip tray to ensure minimum mess, is an impressive addition to any stadia, hotel, cruise ship, outdoor venue, or event space, as Simon Frost, Hoshizaki Director UK & Ireland explains;

“The self-serve ‘Beer Wall’ that Hoshizaki and Gorilla have collaborated on is an ideal solution for venues looking to reduce queues, to add theatrical flair to their drinks service, and who want consistently perfectly poured pints. We’ve already seen several elite stadiums benefitting from installation of the concept, and we’re excited to build on this.”

 The innovative system allows customers to pay for their drinks, position their glass, and pour pints with the touch of a button. Hoshizaki’s innovative Beermatic Dual Tap gently tilts the glass as the chilled beer pours, and slowly brings it to an upright position for the perfect head-to-pint ratio.

By enabling self-service, operators can ease pressure on other food and drink kiosks, reducing queues and thereby increasing footfall and volume capabilities in peak busy periods.
