Over €3.7 billion of new stadium projects already confirmed in attendance in Madrid…

Join us at TheStadiumBusiness Design & Development Summit 2014 (Madrid, 29-30 October) as we explore the future of sports venue design, construction and refurbishment.

International project teams from the following projects have already confirmed their attendance.

Real Madrid…

Real Madrid have unveiled a €414m renovation plan that will turn their Santiago Bernabéu ground into the best stadium in the world. Representing the project will be the Project Team.*

Barcelona…

Barcelona’s €600m redevelopment of the Nou Camp will go ahead after more than 27,000 of the Spanish club’s members voted in favour. Representing the project will be the Project Team.*

AS Roma…

AS Roma’s vision to become one of the world’s most successful clubs took a leap forward with the unveiling of the new 52,500 seater Stadio della Roma. Representing the project will be the CEO of AS Roma.*

New Perth Stadium…

The New Perth Stadium and Sports Precinct will enhance Perth’s reputation as a world-class destination, attracting national and international sport and entertainment events. Representing the project will be the Project Director.

Stadion Feijenoord…

Plans for Feyenoord’s stadium expansion and modernisation is set to cost round €196m, with a new capacity of 70,000 seats and will become the largest stadium in the Netherlands. Representing the project will be the Chairman of Stadion Feijenoord.

Lord’s…

Marylebone County Cricket members were presented with plans that will see Lord’s’ famous Pavilion extended, the Nursery Ground re-sited and capacity rise to 32,000. Representing the project will be the Project Manager.

York Community Stadium…

York Community Stadium will be shared between York City FC and York City Knights RFLC and will be built on the existing site of the current Huntington Stadium. Representing the project will be the Project Manager.

Tottenham Hostpur…

Tottenham Hotspur’s long awaited move into their new 58,000 capacity stadium, will be completed in 2017. Representing the project will be the Project Manager.

St Mary’s…

Southampton FC enjoyed great fortunes on the pitch last season, and now they look set to enjoy them off the pitch with this ambitious hospitality upgrade project at St Mary’s. Representing the project will be the Directors of Hospitality and the Project Team.

Greenfield Stadium…

Greenfield Stadium, a state-of-the-art 50,000 seat stadium in India, will be built to international standards for both cricket and football. Representing the project will be the Head of Project Planning.

Cheltenham Racecourse…

Development has commenced on the expansion and makeover of Cheltenham Racecourse’s grandstand. Representing the project will be the Regional Director.

Moston Community Stadium…

Moston Community Stadium is a unique project in the sense that it is the first fan-funded football club to build their own stadium. Representing the project will be the Project Manager.

Liberty City Stadium…

Swansea City’s expansion of the Liberty Stadium to cater for the huge demand for Premier League football has been given the go-ahead. Representing the project will be two Directors of the Board from Swansea City FC.

Kingspan Stadium…

The Kingspan Stadium, formerly known as Ravenhill has recently completed an expansion that has seen its capacity increase from a 11,000 to 18,000. Representing the project will be the Stadium Manager from Ulster Rugby Club.

Lionel Road…

Brentford FC’s plans for a new stadium may have been delayed, but work on their new 20,000 seater stadium, Lionel Road, will start in the new year. Representing the project will be the Director of Lionel Road Development.
