This pre-Summit programme provides an in-depth briefing and expert tour of Everton FC’s recently completed Hill Dickinson Stadium on Merseyside.
Situated on the banks of the River Mersey – on Liverpool’s world-famous waterfront – the 52,769 capacity arena has already won plaudits and accolades with its eye-catching design which brilliantly blends the modern with the traditional.
The innovative combination of brick, glass and steel complements the architecture of the dock buildings which surround the site, whilst setting a new, exciting benchmark for stadium architecture.
SCHEDULE
11.30 – Coach departs Hilton Garden Inn, Emirates Old Trafford.
12.30 – Drive-by of Goodison Park (Everton’s current historic stadium).
12.45 – Arrive at Hill Dickinson Stadium.
- Lunch in The Yard on arrival.
- Briefing on Everton’s stadium journey with:
- Colin Chong, Chief Real Estate & Regeneration Officer, Everton FC
- Alix Waldron, New Stadium Project Director, Everton FC
- Phil Davies, Director of IT, Everton FC.
- Q&A session.
- Tour of key spaces in the stadium, including stops at:
- Dock On 1 Presented By Christopher Ward.
- The Dressing Rooms & Tunnel.
- Beyond (the stadium’s tunnel club).
- South Stand GA areas (lower and upper spaces).
- Club shop/Xmas retail space visit to finish.
16.00 – Coach departs for Emirates Old Trafford ahead of #TDS25 Welcome Reception, sponsored by Portview.

The add-on rate is only available to registered delegates of #TDS25. Numbers are limited. First come, first served. Summit delegates have priority through to midday GMT Friday 7 Nov. After this cutoff we open available spaces to the wider TheStadiumBusiness community.
